With workouts combining compound and resistance movements, we’ll target your muscles effectively and efficiently to build lean muscle mass and burn fat. You’ll maximize calories burned both during, and after your workouts to get you looking and feeling better than you ever thought possible.


Because we spend so much time in poor static positions, our body gets ‘tight’ and lacks both optimal range-of-motion and adequate activation of specific muscle groups. My training is designed to improve your posture, mobility and flexibility, so that you can move better and feel better.


Hey, mama! This is the place for you. As a certified prenatal coach, and having experienced my own pregnancy, I’ve  designed safe workouts for all trimesters to help you prepare for birth, build your strength, support postnatal transitions—and have some FUN at the same time.
