My name is Cristina and I am a wife, mother, certified fitness trainer, and wellness entrepreneur living in Toronto.

My passion for fitness unravelled through my love of sports at an early age and has continued to develop ever since. Exercise has allowed me to overcome some of my greatest challenges in life. Through weight training, conditioning and movement, I’ve built the personal strength to become the best version of myself.

After years of working in the corporate world and feeling unfulfilled, I decided I needed a change. I wanted to have the most positive impact that I can on the people I work with, helping them become the healthiest, happiest, version of themselves, just as I have done for myself through the power of movement.

I hold certifications as a personal trainer and prenatal fitness coach through CanFitPro. I am also a certified fitness coach and group fitness instructor through Strive Life Foundations. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Nutrition Coach Certificate though NASM.

My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and resistance training in combination with balance and mobility training. I pride myself on making training sessions with my clients fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective. I will give you all the tools, guidance and support you need to achieve your goals.

As a first-time mom, I know how scary it can be to begin any workout program. But I also know how amazing it made me feel during my own pregnancy. Staying strong throughout my pregnancy gave me confidence that I was prepared for giving birth, for looking after my baby, and able to handle whatever this adventure called motherhood could throw my way. That’s why I created my very own pregnancy workout guide – Fit For Birth.

My goal is to spread my passion for a healthy lifestyle to as many people as possible to help make the world a happier, healthier place.
