The Cristina Campbell Fitness membership page includes prenatal workouts suited for all trimesters of pregnancy. The workout library contains express workouts for when you’re pressed for time or want to mix and match to create your own workout flow.  

Cristina Campbell Fitness prenatal workouts are based on a foundation of low impact, mobility, cardio and strength training. The workouts are meant to be gentle on your joints while strengthening your muscles. Every workout provides modifications and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. Remember, always listen to your body and take breaks when you need to. Let’s get fit for birth!

We will start with an initial discussion of your training background, goals, barriers, nutrition and lifestyle.

I will facilitate you through a movement screen, examining your posture, movement patterns and joint mobility.

We will discuss next steps and what programming will look like for you.

We will create a plan that’s specific to you and your goals and work together to unlock the results you want.
